I am always interested in working with a serious athlete who wants to train hard and enjoys the process of truly one-on-one coaching with daily support, monthly coaching calls, video homework, and reading assignments.
Programs generally use compound lifts like squat variations, deadlifts, military pressing and benching, and I draw upon various strength protocols as well as heavy metabolic conditioning work. I use a macro-based approach to dieting, and I follow my athletes closely throughout their prep to adjust to their nutrition as needed, making sure they are getting a good variety of foods into their diets, and keeping them in the best hormonal shape as possible as they dial in for their show. Athletes need to learn to use the app: mymacros+ to plan out macros for each meal. Videos of exercises must be sent to me on a weekly basis via the app ‘true coach’ for form check and assessment.
Preps are 5 months minimum, $2500 usd: 4 months leading up to a show, and a mandatory 1 month of coaching post-show. If you are more than 8% body-fat from projected stage body composition, the dial in period will need to be longer. The cost is an additional $500/month. This includes individualized macro-based meal plans, cardio plans, and training splits, as well as weekly group zoom calls, membership to a private team forum, discounts to team immersions and retreats, and a monthly private coaching call.
Preps are $150 for the application fee, which includes a 40 minute skype interview, paid via paypal.
These prices do not include an IVA tax of 16%.
Building programs are available at $400 usd per month, which includes a macro-based meal plan, recipe ideas and meal suggestions, contact via true coach, and membership to a private forum, as well as discounts on annual retreats and immersions. These programs are available as a monthly renewal and are usually only available to current clients. However, if you are an experienced athlete who is very competent already with macro-based meal planning, adherence, and progressive overload principles, you many apply for this program.
