This is my standard reply to the commonly asked question, “how can I improve on my abs”…Your Abs are in the Kitchen guys…no matter how many sit-ups and crunches and leg-raises you do, you will never see your abs unless you are tweaking your diet to dump your abdominal fat. On a positive note, however, it’s really not as hard as you might expect. Unless you are part of the teeny-tiny percentage that has some congenital condition, with the standard body-building protocol of eating 5 – 6 small meals a day and limiting your intake of processed cereal grains and sugary drinks, and implementing a hypertrophic resistance training program, you will see those abs start to appear steadily and surely! 🙂
