With just under 4 weeks left until my first show of the season, I am really getting into the homestretch of my dial-in.  Because I stay lean year-round, it’s just a matter of adjusting my training, and cleaning up my diet here-and-there.  I stick to having a piece of chocolate with my coffee when I get up, and otherwise eat whole foods, and Isopure protein powder for a sweet note post-workout.  Instead of eating a 3 egg omelette, I switch to a 1 egg + 2 egg whites omelette, I cut out the creamer from my coffee, and schedule re-feed days about every 6 days.  Now that I’m into my 3rd season as a Pro Fitness Model, (that just means I compete on stage with other athletes in the Fitness Model Category), I’m pretty comfortable with the rhythm of the diet and conditioning that needs to be done, adjusting my training, and getting my head and heart into the game.  It’s a lot more fun because I don’t have the stress of wondering how and if everything is going to work!  Stay tuned for more adventures, it’s going to be a great season!!
