Meal 1: 1 egg fried in bacon grease, 2 thin slices bacon, 1 Tablespoon oven roasted cherry tomatoes
Meal 2: 4 oz steak pan- seared in bacon fat, 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin squash, 1 T coconut-curry
Meal 3: 4 oz chicken, 1 T coconut masala, 1 T tomatoes, 2 coins roasted eggplant
snack: 7 roasted cashews
Meal 4: 1 cup boeuf bourguignon, about 5 oz beef, tiny crumble aged cheddar
Meal 5: 2.5 oz steak
Meal 6: 5 lamb racks
