I’ve been integrating Drop-Squats into my leg sessions, and some of my metabolic workouts. I’ve been trying to shape my glutes and legs since 2010, and this has become one of my favorite exercises! The Push&Press I’ve had to make more use of as I’ve had a problem with my infraspinatus since end of January, and the Press has become the only shoulder exercise that I can lift heavy. It’s now one of my favorites as well, and I get a great all-over body pump from it. I’ll be video-taping at least one exercises every day from now on…Train hard, eat Clean!
