I just watched this video myself, before heading off to do Day 1 of my current training protocol: Bikram Beginner’s Class and Leg Day at Gold’s Gym Pune. My right knee is still bugging me a bit, and feels aggravated in the 2nd posture of the Bikram series, “Awkward Pose”, so I’m laying off all the Quad exercises except for my Leg Extension Drop Sets that I like to end my sessions with. Instead, I’m going to experiment with my own variations of the prone hamstring curls, in an attempt to target growth in the belly of my outer Hamstring muscle. Enjoy peeps!!

yes it is! I am in the process of talking about this with a web-site developer. The pull-up will be available with motivation quotes as well! I will keep you posted! (My knee is fine, it’s just not used to the heavier loads I’m putting it under lately!)
