Circuit 1: Michelle MacDonald

SUNDAY’S TRAINING TIP: Circuit Workouts…I incorporate these into my weekly program on my day off heavy lifting during a cutting phase, (getting leaned out for the camera or the stage). I’ll do them once or twice a week, depending on my e nergy levels and how close to being show ready I am. I also like to do a circuit training the week after a show and just take the week off of heavy weights. This allows me to still rev up my metabolism and increase my calorie consumption without getting spillover or dips in energy levels. I’ll be posting more of these throughout the year. Enjoy! xo
