Food and Healing – The Website of Annemarie Colbin, Ph.D. author of The Whole-Food Guide to Strong Bones – A Holistic Approach

As you already know, my nutritional mentor and the founder of the culinary school I graduated from is Dr. Annemarie Colbin. I chose this school because of it’s grounding in whole foods philosophy, and it’s non-extremist approach to healing through nutrition. I recently wrote an article for Inside Fitness magazine on the importance of balancing nutrition for optimal bone mineralization, so look out for it in the next issue, (should be out mid-April). If you have an interest in bone health, whether for yourself or for family members or clients, this is a must read book. It’s full of usable information on how to pull more bone-friendly nutrients into your diet, and explains some of the science, good and bad, behind popular understanding and treatment of bone health…Enjoy!
