Handstand Wall Walks

I’ve been doing these as part of my everyday warm up for the last two months, and I absolutely love them. They require some shoulder stability and agility, but once you get the technique, they give an immediate upper body pump, active the shoulder complex and get you ready for your training session. You can make them more difficult my introducing a handstand push-up at the top if you like. Good luck!
