Instructional Fitness – Football Side Laterals

I am about to head off to True Fitness here in Mumbai, to do my favorite workout, my shoulders and abs. I have taken a workout from last year, and tweaked it out to address my weakness, and this is one of the exercises I found to help build my side delts. I tend to lose a lot of size on my shoulders and arms when I start dieting, so I really have to train and eat this winter to put some extra size/roundness on my shoulder cap to compensate. I will post another update photo of my shoulders when I get back! See you soon!!!
