Legs: Quads/Glutes

And here it is, the fist segment of my leg workout today, that I came up with last night before bedtime…I’m taking a solid 4 weeks, maybe longer, to pursue an idea I have about training my legs now that I have the size I want…I’ll keep you posted with pictures. I finished off my legs with some Dead-Lifts, Lying Curls, and Kneeling Good Mornings, and then 100 walking lunges just to flush everything out. Backbends and splits were done at home after eating. Enjoy this one!!! (caution, if you’re just starting out with jumping squats, go for an unweighted bar and get the movement first!)
