Living in Your Heels!

Living in my heels!  Though I’m about 2 months out of my first stage appearance, I still break out my 5″ Ellies and spend time practicing my posture, walking on my toes, and lifting my bootie.  Just making breakfast and prepping food for the day is plenty of time to remind your body how to hold itself, and slipping in 10 – 15 minutes of stage walking and posing in front of a full-length mirror will hone your posture so that come show time it is second nature.  I’ll be putting together videos on walking over the next few weeks to help you out, so please stay tuned….!!
