Metabolic Workout 2

Every 4 weeks I get a new program, with a new Metabolic workout to keep my body revved up…As I mentioned before, I haven’t been doing any cardio, just cycling carbs, keeping my workouts intense and heavy, low reps, and doing one metabolic workout a week, usually on Day 5…Good luck with this one, it’s a killer!
