Carb cycling isn’t for everybody, but if you are able to control your diet, and want to try a new nutrition protocol for losing the last bit of body fat, this could work for you.  It’s something I’ve been using this past year, and it’s allowed me to continue to see gains in the gym, while keeping my bodyfat pretty low, even in my off-season.  This is important as a fitness model, as the opportunity to shoot for a magazine or do a commercial can come at any second, and you need to be ready fast.
