A great exercise for training the glutes and quads. I’ve been using these throughout a lot of my programs, and are definitely one of my go-to exercises if I feel my glutes need a little trimming! Pay attention to the form, and if you’re new to these, try them first as a body-weight exercise. You can eventually move to DBs and Barbells as you gain strength and confidence. There are so many variations of these, whether its the front foot raised, or the foot raised to different heights, or just a simple split squat…I hope you love them too!
