Pendulums are a great way to prepare yourself for the more advanced Windshield Washers. The incorporate your core muscles, especially the obliques and lower abs, and done correctly help give you a flat, defined ab wall! If you’re straight-waisted like I am, don’t do these every day, but twisted ab exercises are the best way to engage the obliques without directly thickening your side wall.
