Simple Berry Sauce

What You’ll Need….

200 grams of frozen mixed berries, thawed overnight
1/4 cup water
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tbsp cold water
sea salt
2 tsp cinnamon
4 drops liquid stevia (Better Stevia is my fav brand)
1 generous splash extra aged balsamic vinegar

Simply simmer everything together stove top until reduced to the consistency of a sauce, about 15 minutes!

Per 5 servings, approx 2 Tbsp or 40 g per serving
