Sumo Squats, Dec 14th

It’s fun to make the off-season about getting stronger, setting personal records and improving form as well as strength.  I am pushing 111 lbs in this video, with my hips just breaking parallel.  In 2 months I want to be pushing 125 lbs with my hips much lower…Happy Training!
