Whether your trying to get cut for the stage, or trying to gain some lean muscle mass in your off season, it can be confusing with all the different dietary protocols in circulation, to build a program that works best for you. The one that I’ve been using since January, and that I’m continuing to use in my off-season, is based on this idea of “carb-cycling”. I also do a fair bit of adjustment to my diet depending on what I see in the mirror, how I feel during my training sessions, and my overall mood and energy levels, and of course, I have to be able to be creative in the kitchen, especially in my off-season…
