Ingredients:
possible condiments: red-leaf lettuce, tomatoes, raw naturally fermented organic pickles, thinly
sliced red onions, avocado, thinly sliced red bell pepper, shredded beets & carrots, sauerkraut.
Almond mayo:
½ cup soaked almonds
½ cup purified water
Juice ½ lemon
3/4 tablespoon honey
½ tbsp raw ACV
2/3 – 1 cup olive oil
* sea salt to taste
— Place all the ingredients for your homemade mayonnaise recipe in a heavy duty blender
except the olive oil. Puree the ingredients until very smooth. With blender still in motion, slowly
pour a thin stream of olive oil through the opening in your blender’s cover. Continue to puree
until you reach the right consistency. thickens further on cooling. Taste and adjust flavors to
your liking.
Beet burgers:
2 small beets roughly chopped in food processor (about 1 1/2 cup)
A D D :
1 cup walnuts – soaked
½ cup cashews – soaked
2 garlic cloves 2 T nutritional yeast (optional)
5 sundried tomatoes
1 t cumin
½ t celery seed
pinch of cayenne 1/8 red onion 3 T brown rice miso
Process until mixed and ground evenly, form into 5 patties.
Place patties on grill or pan & cook for about 4 minutes each side.
