It’s a beautiful christmas day here in Mumbai, and I spent most of it holed up at True Fitness, teaching yoga, getting in my Back/Chest/Abs workout, and then practicing in the afternoon class. I’ve been wracked by terrible abdominal pains since Thursday, and I’m not sure what it’s from. There seems to be a stomach virus going around the city, but also I wonder if I’ve developed an allergy to the whey protein powder I’ve been using for the last 6 weeks. I’m supposed to cut out powder anyway, and stick with whole foods, so on top of anti-biotics, I’m cutting out everything but proteins and fats, and seeing if there is an improvement. I remember from previous dial-ins that my digestion became very sensitive to anything but meat, so I hope this solves my problem. It would be great to train without pain…!

Haha, only high grade indian antibiotics for this girl! but I am looking forward to a ginger/celery root juice on my next refeed day! 🙂
