Less than 4 weeks out of the WBFF World’s, and I’m working on conditioning my back a little more, so here I am starting off my Back/Hamstring/Core split by doing a superset of 5 chin-ups with 5 hamstring curls. I do 5 sets of these before moving on to the next superset. We are not really working on increasing size this last month, but maintaining the physique I brought to the stage last week, with maybe a little more conditioning in the backside…
