Here’s another great video on how to do the Model Walk when you’re up on stage. You have to really lift up from the waist, keep a slight arch to your back to give you glutes a strong shape, and by locking out your stepping leg, your hips will naturally sway side-to-side. Keep your abs engaged, so you don’t end up pushing your belly out and losing your ab lines. Work on this basic walk until you have it down pat, (I recommend taking several video-tapes of your walk to make sure you really do understand how to do it), and then we can move on from there! xo
