For those of you competing in Fitness or Bikini in 2 weeks, check out this video of a model walk and simple “spotlight” posing. When I get close to a show, let me tell you, I start really obsession about my walk and posing, throwing in spins and poses between sets and working on video-taping my walk: shoulders up, stomach in, tush lifted.
