I have had 1-2 Transformation Programs running every year since 2013. They tend to fill up fast so if this a program that you’ve been waiting for, please act fast. We get hundreds of applications over the course of a year for only 50 spots. We are looking for women who are really familiar with our coaching methods, and who’ve been following us and our clients, and want the kinds of transformations that we are known for. We don’t just focus on weight-loss, we aim to create profound lifestyle changes that offer a path to lifelong success. We are the opposite of a quick fix program.
I always chose a variety of different types of women for the Transformation Team. The success of these programs depends on the unique synergy of each group of women. They are usually different ages, all different shapes and sizes, have a variety of athletic backgrounds, some do yoga, some are just starting out, and they come from all over the world. On a private message board, each woman contributes exercise videos, inspirational collages, progress photos, recipes, goals and thoughts, and learns to create an incredible ‘virtual’ support group. In essence, they become sisters, and that support becomes an invaluable piece of the puzzle that allows each woman to unlock her own strength and achieve her goals.
The program lasts 24-weeks, though most renew for additional months. Gym requirements are a minimum of 4 days of resistance training (and up to 6 days depending on goals) Most women will train 5 days a week with weights. Cardio is almost always required as well. There are regular group zoom calls, progress photos, video homework, reading homework, and I use my own macro-based system to teach each woman how to create delicious, quick meals with a wide variety of foods. You will need to become versed with the app mymacros+ to plan out your bespoke macros. This year we are adding some fantastic new features including guest speakers, a team of coaches to bring even more support to your transformation, and new recipes to help fuel your change.
There is no such thing as a bad food, just the wrong type, in the wrong amounts at the wrong time. The more you understand your body type and food nutrition, the more you can manipulate meals and food timing to get the results you are looking for.
Each program is $4500 usd, and is non-refundable. A $2500 deposit can be made once you’ve been accepted into the program (an invoice will be sent out). Full payment must be made no less than 4 weeks before the start of the program. The program start date is January 2, but we will have a soft start 2 weeks beforehand to introduce ourselves and get prepared for the 2nd so everyone can hit the ground running.
